Karl has been a Rockland County native for over 20 years and has become a familiar face in the area after his years of employment, volunteerism and high level of participation in his hobbies and interests.  He has spent several years creating a reputation for working hard and building customer relationships.

 

 

Professionally, Karl is experienced in Design, Hospitality, Carpentry, General Contracting, and Property Management.  He carries with him a wealth of knowledge with regard to the composition, style, and utilization of a home.  He has also worked on several major and minor renovation projects and has helped to construct homes from the ground up.  
 
Personally, Karl is a family man and has resided in New City for the past 12 years with his wife and young son. When he’s not enjoying time with his family, Karl spends his downtime attending to his hobbies and interests which include Jujutsu, weightlifting, coaching, and carpentry as well as volunteering his time as a Freemason and is an active Blood donor.
